Terms and Condition of Computer Sales
1. Product Description
We provide high-performance, high-quality AI-enhanced personal computers (AI-PCs) and self-assembled computers (built-in computers) services, including parts selection, assembly, installation and after-sales service.
All computer parts provided by Trilogies are purchased directly from dealers in different places, so there is no second-hand parts problem.
The tablets and second-hand smartphones sold by our company are tested by our technicians and simply tested in front of customers before they are sold. There is no problem of self-repair or repair with old parts.
2. Product Price
Trilogies computer products have a fixed base price, and the final sales price is based on the customer's customized parts upgrade options.
The price of custom-assembled computers (built-in computers) will be determined according to customer needs, parts specifications and market conditions.
The selling prices of all tablets and second-hand smartphones sold by our company may be adjusted at different times according to the actual market conditions. For details, please contact our staff or visit our official website.
3. Payment method and delivery time after payment
Customers who purchase any computer products are required to pay a deposit of 100% (valued below $5500 and assembled computers) or 50% for any products with a total value of more than $5500) before purchase, and the balance is paid after delivery.
Our AI-enhanced PC products will be delivered within two to seven days after the customer's payment is successful, depending on the actual situation. For assembled computers, the relevant customized machines will be delivered within 24 hours after the customer pays all the money.
Our company currently accepts payment via FPS, Alipay, cash, and Octopus. Octopus is only used to pay orders below HK$3000.
Detailed payment information will be displayed on the invoice after it is issued.
The payment arrangements of non-profit organizations or commercial customers will be adjusted according to the actual situation of each order, which is not limited to this.
4. Warranty Service
We provide 3 years of free inspection and online support services for self-bringing. If you need on-site maintenance, please pay the relevant fees separately.
5. Return Policy
If the customer is not satisfied with the product, he/she may apply for a return within 7 days after receipt. The return fee shall be borne by the customer. There is no immediate return service for non-profit organizations and commercial customers. The company will arrange for the relevant machine to be repaired and then follow up on site.
6. Discount Terms
Any specific discount of the company may be restricted according to the corresponding customer's region and group. The company will verify the customer's use of the relevant discount without infringing personal privacy. The company has the right to refuse any customer who does not meet the relevant discount to continue to place an order.
7. Applicable Law
These sales terms and payment details are protected and regulated by the relevant laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and are based on the various provisions under the Trade Description Ordinance. The company reserves the right to cancel any order under specific circumstances, and the cancelled order will be refunded. And returned to the customer within seven working days.
