1. 面對面相約交收

• 地點：我哋提供喺香港港鐵沿線選定站點進行面對面交收，方便客戶隨時取貨。

• 流程：

  • 確認訂單後，我哋會透過WhatsApp（95120269）聯絡，安排合適嘅交收時間同MTR站。

  • 客戶需攜帶有效身份證明（如香港身份證或護照）進行驗證，以確保安全交收。

• 注意事項：呢個服務免費，提供靈活嘅時間安排，適合本地客戶。

2. 送貨上門服務

• 服務內容：我哋會根據客戶提供嘅住址或公司地址，安排送貨上門。

• 安裝服務：對於部份產品，我哋可提供基本安裝服務，例如連接硬件或簡單設定。請喺訂單時通知我哋需要安裝，我哋會安排相關費用同時間 (學生及一台電腦的訂單免費)。

• 流程：

  • 確認訂單後，我哋會聯絡客戶，安排送貨時間。

  • 送貨團隊會確保貨物安全送到指定地址。

• 注意事項：送貨可能涉及額外費用，會喺訂單確認時通知客戶。

3. 順豐派遞

• 適用產品：呢個選項適用於特定產品，包括：

  • 平板電腦

  • 迷你AI PC

  • 顯示器

  • 價值低於HK$5500嘅個人桌面電腦

• 流程：

  • 訂單會透過順豐快遞（SF Express）派送，客戶會收到一個追蹤號碼，以跟進貨物狀態。

• 派送時間：通常喺香港本地1-3個工作天完成，視乎目的地而定。

• 注意事項：呢個服務僅限香港本地派送。如需更多詳情，請參考SF Express Hong Kong嘅條款。

• 所有派遞方法均受可用性限制，可能會受公眾假期或不可預見情況影響。

• 我哋會盡力確保訂單盡快派送，但對於第三方服務（如順豐快遞）嘅準確時間，我哋無法保證。

After customers place an order, please note that we provide the following three different delivery methods:

1. Face-to-face delivery

Location: We provide face-to-face delivery at selected stations along the Hong Kong MTR line, so that customers can pick up the goods at any time.

Process:

After confirming the order, we will contact you via WhatsApp (95120269) to arrange a suitable delivery time and MTR station.

Customers are required to bring valid identification (such as Hong Kong identity card or passport) for verification to ensure safe delivery.

Note: This service is free and provides flexible time arrangements, suitable for local customers.

2. Door-to-door delivery service

Service content: We will arrange door-to-door delivery according to the address or company address provided by the customer.

Installation service: For some products, we can provide basic installation services, such as connecting hardware or simple settings. Please inform us when placing an order that installation is required, and we will arrange the relevant fees and time (free for students and orders for one computer).

Process:

Once the order is confirmed, we will contact the customer to arrange the delivery time.

The delivery team will ensure that the goods are delivered safely to the designated address.

Note: Delivery may involve additional charges, which will be notified to the customer when the order is confirmed.

3. SF Express Delivery

Applicable products: This option is applicable to certain products, including:

Tablets

Mini AI PCs

Monitors

Personal desktop computers with a value of less than HK$5500

Process:

The order will be delivered via SF Express, and the customer will receive a tracking number to follow up the status of the goods.

Delivery time: Usually completed in 1-3 working days in Hong Kong, depending on the destination.

​

Note: This service is only available for local delivery in Hong Kong. For more details, please refer to the terms and conditions of SF Express Hong Kong.

All delivery methods are subject to availability and may be affected by public holidays or unforeseen circumstances.
